TECHOLOGIES OF CARBON DEPOSIT CLEANING AND ENAMEL REMOVING, UNITS AND PARTS REPAIRING

Plastic crush is applied for parts cleaning from burns and carbon deposit and maintenance  contaminations. Plastic crush is more firm then organic one (crushed fruit kernel). Plastic crush consists of irregular shape sharp small grains produced from the specially selected plastic grades that were tested and are satisfying the technique requirements.

The used repairing technologies provide the formation  of residual compression stress in the surface layer.

The repairing technology of parts hardened by surface plastic misshaping minimizes the removal of  metal from the surface to the necessary one and to carry out the repeated hardening to the size of the removed layer. This technology increases the number of permissible repairs and decreases the number of delivered group sets of spare parts.
