AIRCRAFT HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS
HYDRAULIC MOTORSAircraft Corporation "Rubin" has been developed and produces a number of hydro-motors with operating displacement from 4 to 12.5 sm3/r, inlet channel pressure is from 210 to 280 kgf/sm2, are used for aircraft hydraulic systems. Hydromotors have high specific coefficients and meet the stat-of-the-art International standards. PURPOSEHydraulic motors are designed to convert hydraulic energy of the operating liquid to mechanical one of the rotating shaft and are the execution forth mechanisms of actuators used to manual control surfaces. Hydro-motors are also used in drive pumps of emergency pump plants, fuel transfer units and some other. STRUCTUREHydro-motors are designed using the axial piston type scheme with a sweshplate. Hydraulic motors GM52 and GM54 – reversible. Due hydro-motors operating it should be applied operating liquids AMG–10, 7-50s-3, NGZH-5U or similar foreign liquids (according to motor modification) with the liquid ranges from -60°С to +150°С (depending of liquid type). Hydraulic motors are resistant to shock and vibration loads in a wide loading spectrum. MAIN ENGINEERING CHARACTERISTICS
