DRIVE GENERATOR GP27

GP27 is designed and produced by AC "Rubin" as an alternate aircraft power source used in emergency. It is designed to supply aircraft control system users in case of failure (deenergization) general power sources. Produces DC 27 V, rated output power 0.3 –2.7 KW.

STRUCTURE

Drive-generator is build up as a unified block including the hydraulic motor, the hydraulic valve with electromagnetic control, the generator circuit and the drain tank. Generator circuit is constructed as the unified block with the electronic control block for checking its parameters.

Generator circuit consists of a noncontact synchronous generator and voltage converter which do the voltage rectifying and regulation, control, protection and checking of the generator circuit.

Drive generator GP27 is switched by electric signal applied to the lockout valve of the electomagnet.
